Tariffs for 2018 as indicated are prices inclusive of buffet breakfast and are shown before and with VAT added.
All rooms have en suite facilities, including air conditioning and/or heating. There are hair dryers and pool towels. Free Wifi throughout. Parking at the front of the property is free of charge and safe.
A three-course meal is available almost every night. Price per person (VAT incl.) 27.50€. We try to cater for people with dietary needs and requirements, but please note that you are required to give us 72h notice if your arrival is a week day and 1 week if your arrival should fall during the weekend. If you have not told us of any dietary issues beforehand, we regret that we will not be able to take them into account on your first evening, but your dinner reservation will be payable under all circumstances.
Free nights
Conditions apply: no credit cards, cash only for the full final bill (including bar and restaurant). Payment or part-payment by credit card may result in you losing any special deals. “Stay 7, pay 6” valid from the 30th of March to 1st November 2018, “stay 4, pay 3” valid to March 27th 2018 and from 1 November 2018 until March 2019. Offer only valid when paying the full room price, any reduced room rates/commission-based bookings do not qualify for these deals.
Special summer offer valid from 01 July 2018 to 31 August 2018, stay 7 nights, pay 5, when the whole final bill (including bar and restaurant) is paid for entirely in cash at the end of your stay. In order to qualify for this special offer, your whole party will be required to have half board for the duration of your stay. For those who cannot commit to half board, we recommend our 7=6 offer. All prices subject to 10% VAT. Under half board we understand the full three-course meal, priced at 27.50 €, VAT included, or 13.75€ for any children under 12. When selecting this deal, the meal price quoted is what you will be charged, regardless of what you eat, so please consider this carefully before selecting any special offers. Reduced room rates/commission-based bookings do not qualify for this deal.

Credit card details
A valid credit card will be required to make your booking. The date of expiry must exceed the date of your booking. We do not charge your credit card beforehand, but use it as a guarantee of arrival. In the event of cancellation within the terms specified below, or a no-show, your card will be charged with the corresponding fee. We regret that we cannot make any exceptions for charging when cancelling your stay. In the event you have to cancel and we can re-let the room, we will refund you the difference, minus any bank fees (conditions apply).
How will we use your data and how will they be stored? New regulations as of May 25th 2018
The main data we receive and store is the information you provide when you fill in a booking form. It seems pretty obvious that we need this data in order to respond to an enquiry or booking.
We will use your data, such as names, phone numbers and credit card details to manage your reservation with us. We will keep these details for the time required to process your booking and, once your stay is completed and the bill paid, your personal details will be destroyed permanently (if you wish you can always contact us to destroy your personal details via the mail address below).
We may, however, keep hold of your email address in the event we start sending out newsletters. In any case, once we do this (if we do) then you will be given the chance to unsubscribe and your mail address will then be removed from our database permanently.
We will keep your details in a secure fashion, in an encrypted file on a hard disk which is kept separate from our network and only connects when updates are required.

Under these Terms, Cortijo La Haza and its third parties own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. Using any of the material contained within this website without prior written consent by a Cortijo La Haza representative is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation policy
Like most smaller B&Bs and rural hotels, we are forced to have a fairly strict cancellation policy. This has to do with the way bookings are made. If you have made a reservation and need to cancel the following rates will apply:
- Cancellation within two months from arrival: 25% of the stay
- Cancellation within one month from arrival: 50% of the stay
- Cancellation within two weeks from arrival: 100% of the stay
We regret we cannot make exceptions. Where possible, under certain circumstances, we will refund any nights should we be able to re-let the room. While we won’t be able to refund your credit card, we will attempt to do this via bank transfer, and therefore contact you directly. Refunds made will take into account bank or other commissions and may therefore be less than the original.

We display proudly and prominently our registration number with the Junta de Andalucía (CR/CO00081) on our home page, as this proves that we are completely legal and have undergone the rigorous checks that come with this registration. We are also the only B&B in the area, approved (and checked) by Alastair Sawday’s Guides and the Michelin Guide (ditto), amongst many others!
